It is a web app rather than a native mobile app, and it combines companion chat with voice, image generation, a Story Mode and, since February 2026, “Live Action” video clips of up to 120 seconds. It has a large library of pre-made characters and a character builder for your own.
Features
Chat is fast and polished, with a large character library and voice replies on paid plans. Image generation is the standout: photorealistic and anime styles that most reviewers place at the top of the category. Live Action video extends a character into short clips. Memory exists but is gated: reviewers consistently report that longer-term recall depends on tokens and that chat falls into repetitive “same flirty lines” in extended sessions.
Pricing
Candy runs a subscription with tokens on top. Based on the pricing shown in August 2026, Premium costs about $13 or €13.99 a month on monthly billing, around €8.99 a month on a three-month plan, and an annual promotion advertised at roughly €3.99 a month with a “70% off” banner. How to cancel Candy AI
Candy AI is a web app, so subscriptions bought on the site are cancelled on the site.
Log in at candy.ai and open My Profile.
Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Choose Unsubscribe and confirm. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
If the control is missing, email support@candy.ai from your account address. Deleting the account also ends the subscription, but spend any remaining tokens first: there is no documented guarantee that unused tokens are refunded. Refunds are handled case by case under the terms; check them before asking.
