The terms name Techcommerce Unlimited of Tustin, California as the operator, while the site footer credits ‘dondi.ai Labs Inc.’; the relationship is not explained. Reviewers date the launch to late 2024, which we could not confirm. There is no mobile app; the site is designed for desktop, tablet and phone browsers.

Chat is the base layer, with a memory graph that stores people, places and preferences across sessions. Reports diverge sharply: one two-week test found a character recalling a relative’s motorcycle project a week later; another found a companion losing the thread within two messages. Our reading is that memory works well when facts are stated plainly and less well in meandering roleplay. Media includes AI photos tied to the character’s look, photo-to-video animation of a few seconds, and voice playback of replies. Failed generations are refunded in tokens. The free tier allows around five messages a day, no character creation and no adult content; image generation stayed Premium-gated even with tokens in the tested account.
Two contradictions matter for buyers. The marketing mentions a seven-day guarantee, but the terms give a refund only within 24 hours of payment and only with minimal use. And the homepage advertises ‘zero-log’ and end-to-end encryption while the privacy notice says prompts and outputs may be retained and shared with technology partners for training, with no opt-out.

Sign in at dondi.ai and open Account Settings.
Go to the subscription section and choose Cancel; the plan remains active until the end of the current period and is not charged again.
Unused tokens expire at the end of the subscription period and are not paid out.
Per the terms, subscription refunds are available only within 24 hours of payment with minimal usage, and token purchases only within 24 hours if unused, despite marketing that mentions a seven-day guarantee.
