Dondi AI pricing: Premium, token packs and the 24-hour refund rule
Dondi AI Premium is $14.99 a month ($5.99 on the yearly plan) with 200 tokens; images from 5 tokens, clips 50. Refunds only within 24 hours despite a 7-day promise. Worked bills and fine print.

Desk research: Dondi AI’s terms (revised 8 January 2026), privacy notice, homepage and help centre, plus published 2026 reviews that read the Premium page, checkout and in-app token guide, checked in September 2026. AI Companion Radar takes no money from any app and uses no affiliate links.
Dondi AI costs $14.99 a month for Premium, which includes 200 tokens; $35.97 a quarter and $71.88 a year buy the same thing for about $11.99 and $5.99 a month, as reported from the checkout in August 2026. Tokens pay for media on top of the subscription: from 5 tokens per image and 50 tokens per five-second video clip, so the monthly allowance covers about 40 images or four clips, not both. Extra tokens come in packs from $5.99 for 150 to $399.99 for 25,000. The terms grant a refund only within 24 hours of payment and only if usage was minimal, while the marketing has promised a seven-day money-back guarantee that the terms do not contain. Dondi AI (Radar score 6.1) is cheap on the yearly plan and clear about per-action token costs; it is less clear about everything around them, starting with a pricing page that returns a 404. Below: every number, three worked monthly bills, the refund rule as written, and who Premium suits.

Dondi AI’s terms of service, which name Techcommerce Unlimited of Tustin, California and set the 24-hour refund rule, September 2026.
Who runs Dondi AI and where the prices are
The terms open by naming Techcommerce Unlimited at a Tustin, California address as the operator of dondi.ai. The site footer has credited “dondi.ai Labs Inc.”, and the relationship between the two names is not explained anywhere we could read. Dondi is browser-only, with no App Store or Google Play listing, so there are no store prices and no store refund route; everything is billed by card on the website.
There is no public price list. dondi.ai/pricing returns a 404 (“the page you are looking for no longer exists”) and the help centre page is a shell with navigation links and no articles. Plan prices appear on the Premium page once you are logged in, and the token rates appear in an in-app help panel. Every price in this guide beyond the terms is therefore as reported by reviewers who read those screens on 21 August 2026. The homepage, which we did read, shows a countdown timer (“offer expires when timer hits zero”) and promises “unlimited messaging, photos, voice, and video” from day one, which sits awkwardly beside a token meter for photos and video. Treat the countdown as decoration and the metered rates as the real rules.
Premium: three billing terms, one allowance
Monthly: $14.99, with 200 tokens credited each month. Shown against a crossed-out $19.99 with a “Save 70%” badge that reviewers could not verify.
Quarterly: $35.97 every three months, about $11.99 a month, 200 tokens a month.
Yearly: $71.88 billed once, about $5.99 a month, 200 tokens a month plus a 500-token bonus in the first month. The checkout showed renewal at the same $71.88 a year later.
Premium unlocks the Studio (image and video generation), character creation and adult mode, and lifts the free tier’s message cap. The 200 tokens are the only media budget the plan carries, and they are the same on every billing term; the yearly plan is a discount on the subscription, not a bigger token allowance. Section 18.4 of the terms says unused tokens expire at the end of the applicable subscription period and have no monetary value. The in-app pricing and help text has said that purchased tokens never expire, according to reviewers, so the two documents disagree; if it matters to you, assume the terms win.
What tokens buy
Dondi’s per-action rates, as read from the in-app help panel and a tested free account on 21 August 2026. The right-hand column is our arithmetic at the two ends of the pack range (about 1.6 cents a token in the largest pack, 4.0 cents in the smallest), before tax.
Action | Tokens | With Premium’s 200 tokens | At pack prices |
|---|---|---|---|
Voice playback of a reply | 1 | 200 plays | 1.6 to 4.0 cents |
Small gift | 5 | 40 | $0.08 to $0.20 |
Large gift | 20 | 10 | $0.32 to $0.80 |
Image (Premium required) | from 5 | about 40 images | $0.08 to $0.20 |
Five-second video clip (Premium required) | 50 | 4 clips | $0.80 to $2.00 |
Token pack, smallest | 150 for $5.99 | n/a | 4.0 cents a token |
Token pack, largest | 25,000 for $399.99 (including a 5,000 bonus) | n/a | 1.6 cents a token |
Two things the table cannot show. First, images need Premium as well as tokens: a free account with tokens left still saw the Studio ask for a subscription, so tokens alone do not buy pictures. Second, “from 5 tokens” means the base image; reviewers reported that higher-quality or edited images cost more, and the exact ladder was not published. Failed generations are refunded in tokens, which several competitors do not do.
At these rates Dondi’s media is cheap per item. An image at 8 to 20 cents and a clip at 80 cents to $2 undercut most adult companion apps that sell media through a currency. The constraint is the allowance: 200 tokens is a small budget, and the cheapest way to add to it, the $5.99 pack, is also the most expensive per token.

Dondi AI’s privacy notice, which allows prompts and outputs to be used for AI model training despite the homepage’s “zero-log” claim, September 2026.
Three worked monthly bills
Monthly plan at $14.99, rates as above, no tax. Arithmetic, not a billing test.
Light user: chat and a few pictures. Unlimited chat, 20 base images (100 tokens) and two clips (100 tokens) use exactly the 200-token allowance. Bill: $14.99. On the yearly plan the same month costs $5.99, which makes Dondi one of the cheapest ways to get adult chat with occasional images, provided you are willing to pay a year up front to a company you cannot get a refund from after 24 hours.
Medium user: pictures most days. Sixty base images (300 tokens) and four clips (200 tokens) need 500 tokens, so 300 beyond the allowance. Two $5.99 packs (300 tokens) cover it. Bill: $14.99 plus $11.98, or $26.97. A larger pack would cost less per token but more up front, and the terms say any unused balance expires with the subscription period.
Heavy user: video. Thirty clips (1,500 tokens) and 40 images (200 tokens) need 1,700 tokens, 1,500 beyond the plan. That is ten small packs at $59.90, or a mid-sized pack if one exists at a better rate; reviewers published only the two ends of the range. Bill: roughly $15 plus $35 to $60, so $50 to $75 a month. At that volume the per-clip price is still reasonable, but the plan has stopped being a $14.99 product.
The useful comparison is the pattern. Like Xotic AI and Candy AI, Dondi sells a subscription that is mostly a key to the tools and a currency that is the actual media budget. Dondi’s currency is cheaper per item than Xotic’s XOT, and its allowance is smaller than Candy’s. Our image generation and video generation rankings put these token economies side by side.
The free tier
Free accounts get a short daily chat, five messages in reviewers’ tests, with no character creation, no adult mode and no Studio. New accounts have shown a small token balance (45 in one test) that can be spent on voice playback and gifts but not on images, because the Studio is Premium-gated regardless of tokens. The homepage line “chat with 200+ AI girls for free” is true in the narrowest sense. As a way to judge the images or video you would be paying for, the free tier is no use at all; the only test is a paid month.
The 24-hour refund rule, as written
Section 19 of the terms is specific. A subscription refund may be requested within 24 hours of payment, provided you have not exceeded reasonable usage limits, have not consumed premium features beyond minimal use, and paid by an eligible method; refunds are refused where excessive usage, abuse or violations are detected. A token-pack refund may be requested within 24 hours only if no tokens have been used. Section 18.3 adds that cancelling gives no partial refund for unused time unless the law requires it, and section 19.4 warns that a chargeback can cancel the subscription and forfeit remaining tokens. Section 15.3 rules out refunds after moderation action.
Against that, reviewers recorded a “7-Day Money Back Guarantee” on Dondi’s Premium page in August 2026, and some third-party reviews repeat a seven-day figure. The terms do not grant it. A guarantee printed on a sales page can be argued to form part of the contract in many jurisdictions, but you would be arguing it with a support inbox; the safe assumption is 24 hours, minimal use, and nothing after that. If you want to test Premium, do it in the first day, generate little, and decide.
A 24-hour window is the norm among adult companion apps that offer any window: Candy AI allows 24 hours if 20 or fewer tokens were used, and MyBabes uses the same 24-hour, fewer-than-20-tokens rule. OurDream AI is more generous on annual plans; Xotic AI, Nomi and Kindroid say all sales are final. Dondi’s rule is average for the category; the problem is the guarantee it advertises and does not honour in writing.
Cancelling and the fine print
Section 18.3 says you can cancel at any time through account settings; access continues to the end of the paid period and renewal stops. The yearly checkout, as reported, instead told buyers to cancel by emailing support. Do both and keep the confirmation. Unused tokens expire with the period and are not paid out. FantasyGF, also sold only in the browser, likewise offers an email route for cancelling alongside its account button.
Two other clauses are worth reading before paying. Section 9.4 says your content may be used to train, improve and enhance AI systems, and the privacy notice repeats that prompts, messages and outputs may be processed by technology partners for model training with no opt-out named, while the homepage advertises a “zero-log policy” under which conversations are “never stored”. And the adult mode is marketed as having no restrictions, while the terms list the usual bans. Neither affects the price, but both bear on whether the price is worth paying. Our adult-friendly apps ranking weighs policy clarity alongside cost.

Who Premium suits
Good fit: a chat-first user who wants an occasional image, is comfortable in a browser, and will take the yearly plan at $5.99 a month after a one-month trial. At that price almost nothing with adult images is cheaper.
Acceptable fit: a moderate image user who will buy a pack or two a month and keep the total near $25 to $30.
Poor fit: anyone whose main interest is video. Four clips on the plan, then $5.99 per three clips, is workable but the small packs add up fast and larger pack prices are not published.
Poor fit: anyone who takes the homepage at its word on refunds or privacy. Read sections 9.4, 18.4 and 19 first.
Questions people ask
How much does Dondi AI cost?
Premium is $14.99 a month, $35.97 a quarter (about $11.99 a month) or $71.88 a year (about $5.99 a month), each with 200 tokens a month, as reported in August 2026. Token packs run from $5.99 for 150 to $399.99 for 25,000.
How many tokens does an image cost on Dondi AI?
From 5 tokens for a base image, with Premium required to use the Studio at all. Premium’s 200 monthly tokens cover about 40 base images. A five-second video clip costs 50 tokens, so about four clips a month.
Is Dondi AI free?
There is a free account with a short daily chat, about five messages, no character creation and no adult mode. Images and video need Premium plus tokens, so the free tier cannot show you the media you would pay for.
Does Dondi AI have a 7-day money-back guarantee?
The marketing has said so, but the terms grant only a refund request within 24 hours of payment with minimal use, and a token refund within 24 hours if no tokens were used. Assume 24 hours.
Do Dondi AI tokens expire?
Under section 18.4 of the terms, unused tokens expire at the end of the subscription period. In-app text has said purchased tokens never expire; the terms are the binding document.
How do I cancel Dondi AI?
Through account settings, per the terms, with access until the end of the paid period and no partial refund. The checkout has also directed buyers to email support; do both and keep the confirmation.
