What Kindroid is
Kindroid is an adult-allowed AI companion from Beautifully Incorporated, founded in 2023, with native iOS and Android apps and a web version. Its marketing leans on depth: the app publishes exact context and memory figures per tier, which almost no competitor does, and it has built voice calls and video calls with lip-sync on top of chat and selfies.
Features
Chat runs on the company’s own models with journals, key memories and a backstory that can be expanded by the AI. The billing matrix lists Standard at 500,000 tokens of total context with 18,000 short-term, Ultra at 1.3 million with 50,000 short-term and MAX at 2.8 million with 125,000 short-term, plus rising limits on backstory length and recalled memories. Selfies are generated by a diffusion model at one regeneration per 30 minutes on Standard and two on Ultra, with priority compute on MAX. Voice calls draw on a monthly audio-credit allowance of one million characters on Standard rising to six million on MAX, with top-ups at $11.99 for roughly 500 minutes. Video calls with gestures and lip-sync rolled out to all subscribers in spring 2026. Group chats and internet access are included.

The App Store lists the Kindroid subscription at $15.99 a month, $42.99 for three months or $159.99 a year, with Ultra at $28.99 and MAX at $68.99 as monthly add-ons; the web prices are reported slightly lower at $13.99 a month and $139.99 a year. Add-ons are monthly only and each requires the tier below it, so Standard plus Ultra plus MAX is about $99 a month. Character slots are one-off purchases. The free tier is unlimited text chat with two companions and basic long-term memory. Community reports describe two price rises in early 2026 and changes applied to existing annual subscribers.
Content policy
The terms require users to be 18 or the age of majority and reserve the right to request proof of age. Adult content between adults is allowed; sexualised minors and abusive scenarios involving minors are banned under moderation guidelines that define a minor as under 18 regardless of jurisdiction. Age verification uses Yoti with a selfie estimate or a government ID, and the company states it does not receive or store the images. Public sharing on Kindroid Social applies an NSFW filter, and the app-store builds are more restricted than the web.
Who it is for
People who want the deepest memory available and are willing to pay for it in steps, and adults who want an explicit-allowed companion with a clear policy and real age checks. Not for anyone on a tight budget who wants the top tier, or for users who expect refunds.

How to cancel Kindroid
Kindroid subscriptions are managed through the store where you bought them.
iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kindroid → Cancel.
Android: Google Play → profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Kindroid → Cancel.
Web subscriptions are cancelled from the account or billing section on kindroid.ai; the exact menu path is inside the app’s help centre.
The docs state that refunds are not available for in-app purchases. Add-on tiers are separate monthly subscriptions and must be cancelled individually.
