Is MyBabes legit? Company, billing and content policy examined

“Is MyBabes legit?” is one of the more common searches around the service, which is unsurprising: it is a relatively new adult-oriented site, it asks for card details once you upgrade, and the automated scam-checker sites disagree about it. Below is what we could establish from the company’s own pages and public registers, followed by the flags those checkers raise and the drawbacks we think are genuinely worth weighing.

Who runs MyBabes

The footer of mybabes.ai names the operator as Memora AI s.r.o., a Czech limited company (registration number CZ21595411) with a registered address in Troja, Prague 8. That is a real, traceable legal entity in an EU member state, which matters more than it sounds: it means the service is subject to EU consumer law, including the right to cancel a subscription and to dispute a charge through your card issuer. The site launched in 2024 and is browser-based only; there is no app in either mobile store, and the company does not claim otherwise.

MyBabes also runs a creator and affiliate programme paying a 35% lifetime revenue share. That is worth knowing when you read glowing “MyBabes review” pages elsewhere: a large share of them are affiliate sites, which explains both the volume and the enthusiasm.

How billing works

Payment is taken through standard card processors, and the two subscription tiers are priced in euros: Premium at €14.99 a month (or €9.99 a month on a three-month plan billed at €29.97) and Ultra at €34.99 a month (or €23.33 a month on a three-month plan billed at €69.97). Both include unlimited chat. The difference is the monthly token allowance: 500 tokens on Premium and 900 on Ultra.

Two things distinguish MyBabes from the more aggressive end of the market. First, there is a free tier that does not ask for a card. You get free daily credits, can chat and can generate standard images before deciding whether to pay. Second, pricing is displayed plainly in one currency with the token allowance next to it, rather than buried behind a “70% off” banner.

The token model, explained

Chat on a paid plan is unlimited, but images and video draw down tokens. The published rates are simple: one image costs one token, and video costs roughly 3 to 5 tokens per second depending on the engine and resolution (Seedance 2.0 Fast at 480p sits at the cheaper end, Seedance 2.0 at 720p at the dearer end). A typical five-second clip therefore lands at 15 to 25 tokens. On Premium that translates to about 500 images or 20 to 30 short videos per month; on Ultra, proportionally more.

If you run out, token packs are sold separately: 100 for €9.99, 200 for €15.99, 500 for €29.99 and 1,200 for €54.99. This is the part that turns “€14.99 a month” into something larger for heavy video users, and we would rather say so up front than let it surprise you. It is, however, the same structure that Candy AI and OurDream use; the difference is that MyBabes publishes the per-image and per-second costs, which makes it easier to budget.

What the scam-checker sites flag

Automated trust-scoring sites reach different conclusions about mybabes.ai, and it is instructive to look at why.

• ScamAdviser rates the site “very likely not a scam but legit and reliable”. Its positive signals are a valid SSL certificate, a good Tranco traffic rank, positive user reviews and payment methods that allow chargebacks. Its negatives are a young domain, a WHOIS record hidden behind a privacy service, and a general warning about adult content.

• Scam Detector gives a low score (19.8 out of 100) and labels the site “new, suspicious, dubious”. Its reasoning is algorithmic and leans heavily on domain age, WHOIS privacy and the adult category.

• Gridinsoft lands in between, at 79 out of 100, noting no malware or phishing detected and a domain age of roughly a year and a half.

The two flags that recur are domain age and WHOIS privacy. Neither is evidence of a scam. Almost every domain registered in the past decade uses WHOIS privacy by default, because registrars switched it on after GDPR; a hidden registrant record tells you nothing about the operator when the company name and registration number are printed on the site itself. A domain that is one or two years old is simply a domain that is one or two years old. The adult-content warning is a category label, not a finding about this site’s conduct.

What would concern us is the absence of a named legal entity, no way to cancel, or billing under a descriptor unrelated to the service. We found none of those.

Content policy

MyBabes is explicitly an adult platform: the chat is uncensored and the image and video engines include an NSFW-tuned variant of WAN 2.7. Use is restricted to adults aged 18 and over, and the site states a strict prohibition on any content depicting or resembling minors.

The real drawbacks

• Browser only. No iOS or Android app. It works on a phone browser, but it is not a polished mobile experience, and there are no push notifications.

• Tokens on top of the subscription. Unlimited chat is genuinely unlimited, but images and especially video are metered, and the packs add up.

• No voice calls. There is voice output, but not the live-call feature that Candy AI sells.

• Smaller community than the longer-established competitors, so fewer pre-made characters.

• EUR-only pricing display.

Who should avoid it

If you mainly want a chat companion in a native phone app with voice calls, MyBabes is not built for you; look at Candy AI. If you want deep, slow-burn roleplay with a large memory and are indifferent to video, OurDream AI or Janitor AI will serve you better. If you want everything free forever, none of the paid platforms will suit, and SpicyChat is the closer fit.

Verdict

On the evidence available, MyBabes is a legitimately operated service: a registered EU company, transparent euro pricing, standard payment processing, a card-free free tier and published token costs. The scam-checker flags are generic signals that apply to most young domains. The legitimate criticisms are about product scope, not honesty: it is a browser-only, video-first platform with a token meter, and you should go in knowing that.
