How to cancel CrushOn AI: subscription, refunds, account deletion

Desk research: this article is based on the published pricing, help pages and terms of the services named, checked in September 2026. AI Companion Radar takes no money from any app and uses no affiliate links.

CrushOn AI subscriptions bought on the website are cancelled in the account itself, under Profile, then My Subscription. It takes a couple of minutes, access continues until the end of the billing cycle, and the terms rule out refunds. If you subscribed through an app store or an outside payment site, you have to cancel there instead.

One caveat on sourcing: crushon.ai blocked our automated requests in September 2026, so the terms, privacy policy and FAQ quoted here were read from Internet Archive copies of the official pages. The terms are marked as last modified on 22 July 2025.

Before you cancel

• Use your credits. The terms state that no credits are given for unused time, and nothing we could load says what happens to an unspent balance once the plan ends.

• Check your renewal date. The terms say a cancellation must be submitted before the next billing date. Miss it and the next cycle is charged and not refunded.

• Work out where you paid. Website, App Store, Google Play or a third-party payment site each have their own cancellation route.

• Copy anything you want to keep. Character cards and chats go with the account if you later delete it.

How to cancel your CrushOn AI subscription (web)

1. Log in at crushon.ai in a browser.

2. Open Profile.

3. Select My Subscription.

4. Click Manage.

5. Choose Cancel Subscription and confirm.

That path is quoted from CrushOn’s terms of use. The same document says service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle and that no further charges occur. Keep the confirmation email or a screenshot of the cancelled status.

CrushOn’s FAQ adds a wrinkle. If you subscribed through another method, it says the Manage Subscription function sends you back to the website where you pay your bill, and it names SubscribeStar and Paymentwall as examples. In that case the cancellation is completed on that site, not on crushon.ai.

If the option is missing or fails, the official routes are a support ticket on CrushOn’s Discord server or an email to support@crushon.ai.

How to cancel CrushOn AI on iPhone

A subscription bought through Apple must be cancelled with Apple. Cancelling on the website, or deleting the app, does not stop it.

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap your name at the top.

3. Tap Subscriptions.

4. Select the CrushOn subscription.

5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

The app’s store status is unclear. The archived FAQ says an iOS app is available, but the App Store listing we tried in September 2026 returned an error. A subscription can outlive a delisted app, so check the Subscriptions screen regardless.

How to cancel CrushOn AI on Android

The same rule applies: a Google Play subscription is cancelled in Google Play.

1. Open the Google Play Store app.

2. Tap your profile picture.

3. Tap Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

4. Select the CrushOn subscription.

5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

The Android app was reported removed from Google Play in June 2026. If you installed an APK and paid on the website, use the web steps above.

What happens to your credits

CrushOn meters its stronger models with credits, and the FAQ describes coins that convert one to one into bonus messages. Neither the terms nor the FAQ says whether an unused balance survives cancellation. What the terms do say is that there are no partial refunds or credits for unused time, mid-cycle cancellations or downgrades. Treat any balance as something to use before the cycle ends.

Refunds

The refund policy in the terms is one sentence long in substance: “We will not issue refunds of usage fees.” The FAQ repeats it for web payments, stating that the current subscription period is non-refundable, and sends App Store and Google Play buyers to Apple and Google for refund requests.

The terms also ask you to agree not to seek a chargeback from your card issuer except in the case of fraud, and reserve the right to refuse future transactions from cards used for chargebacks. That clause does not remove statutory rights you may have as a consumer, and an unauthorised charge is a legitimate reason to contact your bank. Third-party guides describe exceptions for duplicate charges; we could not find that in the documents we loaded.

The operator named in the terms is TECHIEPIE LTD, Strovolou 77, Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus; the site footer also lists an address in Dover, Delaware. CrushOn does not publish its billing descriptor. The terms name Basis Theory as the payment tokenisation provider, and user reports say charges show under a payment processor’s name and not the brand.

How to delete your CrushOn AI account

1. Cancel any active subscription first. The FAQ states that accounts with an active subscription cannot be deleted.

2. Go to your profile page and click Settings.

3. Select Delete Account.

According to the FAQ, logging back in within three days of deletion recovers the account; after that it is gone for good. The privacy policy gives email as a second route: write to support@crushon.ai to close the account, and expect to verify that you control the email address on file.

Why people leave

CrushOn scored 1.8 out of 5 on Trustpilot across 22 reviews when we checked in September 2026. The documented complaints are consistent. Reviewers object to a $0.99 card charge presented as age verification before adult content is unlocked. Others describe content filters that interrupt roleplay on a site marketed as unfiltered, slow or unhelpful support on billing errors, and models that ignore the character card. Credits are the other theme: the better models consume them quickly, and the pricing page would not load for us, so plan prices circulate only in third-party tables, from about $5.99 a month as reported.

What to switch to

For published prices and free chat: SpicyChat

SpicyChat is the closest like-for-like: a large community character library with unlimited free chat on its basic models. Paid tiers are published, from $5.95 a month as listed in September 2026, and limits are set by tier, not by a credit meter. Context is small on the cheaper tiers and there is no iOS app.

For free text roleplay: Janitor AI

Janitor AI offers unlimited text chat on its house model without a card. Janitor+ costs $12.99 a month and is cancelled through a Stripe portal. It has no images, video or voice, and its fees are non-refundable.

For images and video: MyBabes

CrushOn has no confirmed image generation. MyBabes does images and video and publishes the token cost of each on its pricing page. Premium is €14.99 a month, or €9.99 a month on a three-month plan. Its limits are real: browser only, no voice calls, tokens on top of the subscription and prices in euros only.

Questions people ask

Can I get a refund from CrushOn AI?

Not under its own terms, which say usage fees are not refunded and the current period is non-refundable. Store purchases go through Apple’s or Google’s refund process.

Does deleting the CrushOn app cancel my subscription?

No. Removing an app never cancels a subscription. Cancel on the website, in the App Store or in Google Play, depending on where you paid.

Why can’t I delete my CrushOn AI account?

The FAQ gives two causes: an active subscription, which blocks deletion, or a network problem. Cancel first, then try again or email support@crushon.ai.

Do I lose access as soon as I cancel CrushOn AI?

No. Both the terms and the FAQ say benefits continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the plan does not renew.
