How to cancel FantasyGF: subscription, tokens, refunds, deletion

FantasyGF is a browser product, and its subscription is cancelled on the website: go to Account Settings and click the Unsubscribe button. The terms confirm that the plan then stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew. It takes a minute or two, and there is an email route if the button is missing. Cancelling Candy AI works in much the same way, from a settings page in the browser.

Before you cancel

• Use your tokens. Premium includes 100 tokens a month for images and video, as reported by reviewers. The terms do not say what happens to unused tokens when a plan ends.

• Note the renewal date. The terms say the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date, and that partial periods are not refunded.

• Save your content. Download images and clips you want to keep, particularly if you plan to delete the account.

• Check how you paid. Card subscriptions renew automatically. Reviewers report that crypto is also accepted; we could not confirm how those payments renew.

How to cancel your FantasyGF subscription (web)

1. Log in at fantasygf.com in a browser. The old fantasygf.ai address redirects there.

2. Open Account Settings.

3. Click the Unsubscribe button.

4. Confirm, and check that the account shows the plan as cancelled with an end date.

Account Settings and the Unsubscribe button are the two labels given in FantasyGF’s terms. The terms do not describe where Account Settings sits in the interface. One third-party guide places it under the profile menu at the top right, with the button in a “Manage Subscription” section; treat that as a hint, not a verified path.

The alternative is email. The terms say you can ask the support team to cancel so that you are not billed again, at hello@fantasygf.com. Write from the address on the account, state the plan and the date of the last charge, and keep the reply.

FantasyGF does not sell subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play. An app with the same name on Google Play belongs to a different developer. If you subscribed to something through a store, it must be cancelled in that store’s subscriptions screen, and cancelling on fantasygf.com will not affect it. What happens to your tokens

FantasyGF has no public pricing page, and the terms mention token packages only in the refund section. They do not state whether tokens left over at cancellation remain usable, expire with the billing period or disappear when the account reverts to the free tier. One third-party guide says unused tokens typically expire at the end of the billing cycle; we could not confirm that with a first-party source.

The cautious approach is to use tokens before the period ends and not to buy a top-up pack shortly before cancelling. Reviewers report packs of roughly 100 tokens for $9.97 and 250 for $24.97, as reported in September 2026.

Refunds

The terms split refunds into two kinds.

• Subscriptions. “Refunds are available only before the next billing period starts”, and no refunds are issued for partial subscription periods. The wording is not explained further. We read it as: a refund request has to reach support before the next renewal, and cancelling mid-period does not return a share of what you paid.

• One-time purchases. For token packages, content packs and other digital products, refunds “may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase”. The conditions listed are that the content has not been accessed or consumed, that a technical issue prevents access, or that the purchase was made in error and reported immediately.

All requests go to hello@fantasygf.com with purchase details and a reason, and the terms say approval is at FantasyGF’s discretion. Consumer law in your country may give you more than the terms do.

The operator is Advanced AI Labs S.R.L., Strada Plevnei 12, Oradea, Bihor county, Romania, company ID 49734069. The terms are governed by Romanian law. The billing descriptor is not published, and the terms say only that payments run through “secure payment gateways”, so identify the charge on your statement by amount and date. If a charge appears after a confirmed cancellation and support does not resolve it, a dispute through your card issuer is the remaining option. How to delete your FantasyGF account

The terms give two routes:

1. In the account: delete your account through Account Settings.

2. By email: write to hello@fantasygf.com from the email address associated with the account.

FantasyGF may ask you to verify your identity first. After that, the terms say access is terminated and personal data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised, except where retention is required or permitted by law, for example for fraud prevention or dispute resolution. No fixed number of days is given. The section is written for residents of the EEA, the UK and places with similar privacy laws; the privacy policy states a general right to request deletion.

Cancel the subscription before deleting. The terms do not say that deletion stops billing, and an account you can no longer log in to is harder to manage.

Why people leave

Memory is the complaint that recurs in independent reviews: characters lose track of earlier conversations, and there is no memory panel to edit. The second is cost visibility. Plan prices appear in the terms ($12.99 a month, $29.99 for three months, $69.99 a year), but the token cost of an image or a video is shown only after sign-in, and 100 tokens a month does not go far for regular image or video use. What to switch to

For memory: Nomi AI

Nomi AI is widely rated the strongest for long-term memory and includes voice messages and calls in the subscription, at $15.99 a month or $99.99 a year as listed in September 2026. Its image filter blocks explicit pictures and it does not give refunds. Nomi AI is another app with no refunds, and the steps for cancelling Nomi AI include deleting the account afterwards.

For video with published prices: MyBabes

MyBabes names its video engines and publishes the token price per second, from 3 tokens a second on Premium, so the cost of a clip is known in advance. Premium is €14.99 a month, or €9.99 a month on a three-month plan. It is browser only, has no voice calls, charges tokens on top of the subscription and prices in euros only. If you used FantasyGF mainly for calls, it is not a replacement.
